Recipe Instructions: Pour the lemon juice and oil into a bowl and whisk together. Then add the garlic, spices and bay leaves to make the marinade. Mix the marinade thoroughly then add the chicken, rubbing in using your hands. Cover the bowl and leave to marinate in the fridge for a few hours or overnight if you have the time Take out of fridge and allow to come to room temperature before threading on skewers Pre-heat the grill and grill under a medium heat turning frequently for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
